    • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

    • Minimum BSC Holder
    • Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
    • Customer service orientation
    • Good digital marketing background
    • Proven working experience as a Customer Service personnel
    • Experience in providing customer service support.
