The Genevieve Mcmillan-Reba Stewart Foundation Scholarships was founded in 2005 by Genevieve McMillan to celebrate his life and work of her friend artist Reba Stewart. The program provides full Sciences Po tuitions fees every year for the study duration, social criteria are also taken into account and additional grant may be awarded to cover living expenses.

- Applicants must have completed their high school education in a sub-Saharan African country.
- Applicants must be accepted to Sciences Po’s undergraduate Europe-Africa programme.
- Applicants must demonstrate excellent academic abilities.
