Their vision on maintaining the friendliness and personal attention of a community bank is one reason they have been serving some of the same customers and their families for nearly 80 years.
At the same time, they are excited to welcome new customers daily. Everything they do is concentrated on providing a positive banking experience for the individuals, families, and businesses that trust us with their financial services.

Today their six locations account for more than $487 million in assets and their employees are key members of all the communities we serve. Despite this phenomenal growth, their commitment to customer service remains the same.
The mission of First State Bank is to build mutually beneficial customer relationships by being the bank and employer of choice in the communities they serve. First State Bank believes what sets them apart is their focus on customer service.
Every employee of their bank cares enough to get to know their customers personally. When you walk in the door of any of their six branches, their friendly staff is always on hand to welcome you warmly.
That is one of the ways they do business, it is firmly believed that it is a cornerstone of their success.
