6. Look For the Right Person
You feel Human Resources is the appropriate place to complain, but that’s not always the case. Many firms have independent HR departments that protect employees, but there are also those departments that are inefficient.
The best option is to look for someone above your boss that doesn’t have a relationship with him or her. ‘You need to talk to someone who is above and is not connected enough with your boss’ says Gary Namie. “There must be no loyalty bonds and connection.”
7. Don’t Go Criticizing
