But, many people prefer ground chuck because of its mild flavor. Ground beef means regular beef. It is finely chopped. It can contain artificial fat trimmings, preservatives, and seasonings to improve the flavor. Ground chuck is the ground beef from original cuts.

Some manufacturers also name it as ‘lean ground beef.’ Ground beef is the cheapest ground beef. It is also the most quickly available beef at meat shops and supermarkets.
