Sales Representatives at Buffer Media Limited

Summary of Role

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and overseeing the sale of company’s product from beginning to end. You are responsible for generating leads and meeting set sales quotas. Some of your duties will be sales presentation as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, also superb interpersonal and negotiations skills. Outstanding sales reps are problem solvers who knows and understands the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities;

  • Lead generation
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Research client’s business needs
  • Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Account management
  • Digital marketing
  • Visiting existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products
  • Understanding all company’s enterprise
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Assist to determine pricing
  • Answer all client’s queries concerning products
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.


  • OND, HND, Degree Marketing or related field   
  • 1-2years experience in Sales/Marketing in FMCG, Insurance, Health, governmental agencies, etc.)
  • Proven experience and achievement in sales
  • Excellent interpersonal
  • Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
  • Phone, email, and chat communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Customer centric
  • Strong self-motivation  
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced start up environment

This role is on Contract and, it is commission based. The contract is renewable after 6 months strictly on good performance. Good performance is measured by consistently meeting and surpassing set Sales quota for 6 months.
