    • Act as the point of contact between the Director and clients
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Take dictation and minutes
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
    • Devise and maintain office filing system


    • Minimum of three years work experience as a Personal Assistant
    • proficiency in MS Office packages 
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask 
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • HND/BSC
