Job Description

  • We are currently looking to hire a Customer Service Officer for our client. The ideal candidate should be passionate about satisfying the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer’s enquiry via phone call, WhatsApp chat, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Use telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information after payment is done by the customer.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Handle customer’s complaint and provide solutions by contacting the immediate supervisor.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling.
  • Persuading customers to reconsider cancelling an order or refund.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification.
  • 0-2years experience in a similar role.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

N40,000 / Month.
