Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Take orders and process orders as appropriate
  • Communicate charges, and confirm billing or payments
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts/orders
  • Respond to customer complaints and process returns.
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help where necessary.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree
  • Familiarity and Functional Knowledge of Customer Service or Training/ Certification
  • Functional knowledge of IT or Training / Certification
  • Familiarity and Expertise and Experience with handling Social Media Platforms
  • Demonstrable flair and Ability for Desk/Online Marketing
  • Tech-savvy and Expertise with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Good Knowledge of Office Procedures
  • Presentable, Polished, Smart and Responsible in Appearance
  • Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills with a Problem-solving Attitude.
