A customer service executive is required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons-take orders, answer inquires, resolve complaints and provides information.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- He/she must have a professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products.
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires.
- Identifying and accessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- He/she must have an excellent communication skill, good listening and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills and must possess the ability to handle pressure.
- Applicant have a minimum qualification of HND/BSC in any related field.
