Qualifications

  • A good first degree (not below Second-Class Division) preferably in the Humanities, Law, Social Sciences or Management Science from a recognized national or international university, plus at least ten (10) years relevant post- qualification cognate experience, or Master’s degree with six (6) years of cognate experience.
